Nature of Product

Moh Kaya products are perishable and made fresh in small batches each week.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the Wednesday cutoff, prior to batch preparation. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• Product arrives damaged

• Incorrect product is delivered

• Order is not delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Taste preferences

• Improper storage after delivery

• Delivery issues due to incorrect address provided

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
