All our jars are made fresh in small batches.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation on business days (Monday–Saturday). Once you place your order, our team will get in touch to confirm your details and share the expected delivery date based on your location. We do not dispatch or deliver on Sundays.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

• Within Karnataka: 1–2 business days

• Rest of India: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics partners, and unforeseen delays.

Shipping charges may apply and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

As our products are perishable and freshly made, we recommend consuming them as per storage guidelines shared on the packaging.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. We will assist you as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
